About Steadfast

Because God gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ, we commit to being steadfast, immovable, and always excelling in the work of the Lord—believing that the Gospel transforms lives for God's glory and our good.

It’s our privilege to tell you the story God is writing at Steadfast Church.

In 2022, several families began meeting on Wednesday nights to worship, remain in the Word, heal, and encourage one another after our former church closed. As the Spirit moved, and this group of believers grew in unity and faith, many expressed a desire to worship together on Sunday mornings too. God made it possible for us to formalize as a new body, called Steadfast Church, on January 1, 2023, with more families joining shortly after. God has continued to supply all our needs.

We are together striving “side by side for the faith of the gospel,” as the apostle Paul charges believers in Philippians 1:27. Like runners in a 3-legged race, we put our arms around one another. We remind each other to fix our attention on Jesus. We run at a healthy pace that allows us to be present in our homes and neighborhoods. We encourage one another when life is hard to rest in God’s sufficient grace.

As you can see, Steadfast Church was not established in a traditional way. We’re a lot like a house church, though not actually a house church. In addition to Sunday worship, we meet during the week to share a family-style meal, study the Word, care for each other, and pray together. We love thoughtfully discipling each other to be more like Jesus!

Perhaps you are looking for a faith community like this, a church that increases your heart for worship and runs alongside you toward Christ. Let’s fix our eyes on Jesus together, being transformed by His Word and carrying this Good News to others.
